Personal Styling
  • Full service must be completed to be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee
  • Service cannot be terminated midway for a partial refund
  • Any purchases made based on stylist recommendations are subject to the retailer's return policy, not Open Groves's
Wardrobe Organization
  • Full service must be completed to be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee
  • If service is terminated midway at client's request, payment will be prorated based on hours completed with a minimum of 50% of the total fee
  • Client must be present during the service to provide input
Event Styling
  • Due to the time-sensitive nature of event styling, cancellations less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for any refund
  • Any third-party costs incurred (e.g., emergency alterations, special orders) are non-refundable
Virtual Styling
  • Technical issues on the client's side are not grounds for a refund
  • If technical issues on our side prevent the session from being completed, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund
  • Digital style guides and recommendations provided after the session are non-refundable once delivered
